Bronchoconstriction induced by various tachykinins (SP, NKA, NKB) and specific tachykinin receptor agonists [Sar9, Met(O2)11]SP, [βAla8]NKA (4-10), [MePhe7]NKB or senktide (3×10−7 to 10−4M, aerosol) in anaesthetized guinea-pigs. Results are expressed as per cent increase of the bronchoconstriction induced by acetylcholine 500 μg kg−1 i.v.
