Influence of uricase (100 mu ml⁻¹) on the relaxant responses to 2 NO-boli (10⁻⁵ M), administered with an interval of 8 min, in the presence of HX (3×10⁻⁴ M) / XO (64 mu ml⁻¹). In the presence of HX/XO, the relaxant response to NO was biphasic and both phases (1 and 2) are shown.
