Original traces showing the effects of 2 μM CL 316,243 (CL) and 2 μM (−)-CGP 12177 (CGP) on KCl- and U46619-induced spontaneous contractions in WT and β3KO ureter. In this experiment the frequency of spontaneous contractions was lower in the ureter from the β3KO compared to the WT mouse.
