The effect of 14 days paroxetine (3 mg kg−1 day−1, p.o., Par) compared to vehicle treated controls (Veh) on rat behaviour in the high-light social interaction test. No significant change in interaction time (a) or locomotor activity (b) was evident in rats treated with paroxetine compared to vehicle treated controls. Results are presented as mean±s.e.mean.
