The effect of acute paroxetine (3 mg kg−1, p.o., Veh/Par) or WAY100635 (0.03 mg kg−1, s.c., WAY/Veh) alone, or in combination (WAY/Par) compared to vehicle treated controls (Veh/Veh)) on rat behaviour in the high light social interaction test.
