Both tissues were treated with indomethacin (3 μM) and nifedipine (0.3 μM) prior to contracting to 40–50% F_max with carbachol and subsequently treated with SLIGRL (10 μM) before cumulative additions of SFLLRN. Maximum relaxations were obtained with isoprenaline (Iso, 3 μM) and IBMX (100 μM). The break in (b) represents 30 min. Representative of three similar experiments.
