The effect of somatostatin, angiopeptin and octreotide on the release of tritium on (A) CHO h sst₂ cells, (B) CHO h sst₃ cells and (C) CHO h sst₅ cells. All cells were pre-loaded with [³H]-arachidonic acid for 18 h before experimentation and were incubated with drug or vehicle for 1 h.
