Effect of AH6809, an antagonist at prostanoid EP₁, EP₂ and DP receptors, on the cyclic AMP generation evoked by PGE₂. Cells were pre-incubated for 15 min in the presence of AH6809 (10 μM) and rolipram (10 μM) (solid circles) or in the presence of rolipram alone (10 μM, open circles) and then incubated for a further 15 min with increasing concentrations of PGE₂. The conversion of [³H]-ATP to [³H]-cyclic AMP was assayed as described in Methods. The points represents the mean±s.e.mean of eight determinations made in different cell preparations.
