Effect of Rp-cAMPS on the inhibitory effect of Gs-coupled receptor activation on irET production/secretion. Cells were pre-treated for 1 h with Rp-cAMPS (100 μM) or with the medium alone and then stimulated with (A) PGE2 (1 μM) or (B) adenosine, and then incubated for 24 h at 37°C. IrET was measured as described in Methods.
