Dissociation of [¹²⁵I]-[Tyr¹¹]-SRIF (0.03 nM) from CHOsst₄ membranes. Association was allowed to proceed for 60 min at 37°C, with dissociation being initiated by the addition of excess cold-SRIF (1 μM) in buffer containing GTP (100 μM) and NaCl (140 mM) at pH 5.0 and 15°C. Data is expressed as a percentage of total SRIF bound under non-dissociating conditions. Data shows the mean of three experiments±s.e.mean.
