Effect of ATP depletion on internalisation of [¹²⁵I]-[Tyr¹¹]-SRIF (0.1 nM) in CHOsst₄ cells. Cells were incubated for various times in PBS at 37°C with or without antimycin(50 nM)/deoxyglucose (50 mM) before being washed thoroughly with cold DMEM/HEPES/MES (pH 5.0) to remove surface bound radioactivity. Cells were solubilized before being transferred to vials for counting. Data represents the mean±s.e.mean of three experiments in duplicate.
