The results were obtained from experiments similar to those shown in Figure 1. The total numbers of studied single cells were 98 in 4 mM glucose (G4) and 84 in G5, and those of studied clusters were 88 in G4 and 79 in G5. These cells and clusters were obtained in 17 different cultures.
