Effect of ezetimibe (10 mg kg⁻¹) on absorption of ³H-cholesteryl oleate, cholesteryl ¹⁴C-oleate and ³H-triolein in hamsters. Hamsters were fed a diet containing 0.5% cholesterol overnight. Hamsters were orally gavaged vehicle (grey bars) or ezetimibe (black bars). One hour later hamsters representing (A) and (B) were orally gavaged with of ³H-cholesteryl oleate and cholesteryl ¹⁴C-oleate. The hamsters representing (C) were orally gavaged with ³H-triolein.
