Influence of propranolol and phentolamine on the hyperglycaemic effect of BK. Saline (Sal) or BK (70 nmol kg−1 min−1) was infused for 10 min from time 0 – 10 (indicated by the arrows) in rats previously treated with saline (Sal), propranolol (2 mg kg−1) or propranolol (prop) plus phentolamine (2 mg kg−1).
