Influence of propranolol and phenoxybenzamine on the hyperglycaemic effect of BK. Saline (Sal) or BK (70 nmol kg−1 min−1) was infused for 10 min from time 0 – 10 (indicated by the arrows) in rats previously treated with 1,2-propanediol (1,2P) or propranolol (prop, 2 mg kg−1) plus phenoxybenzamine (phenox, 10 mg kg−1).
