Effect of PT on 1,25-(OH)2D3-induced HL-60 cell differentiation as examined with cell surface marker expression. HL-60 cells were treated for 72 h with medium alone, 10 μM PT, 5 nM 1,25-(OH)2D3, or 10 μM PT in combination with 5 nM 1,25-(OH)2D3. The cells were assessed by cytofluorometric analysis using FITC-conjugated anti-CD11b MAb or anti-CD14 MAb (shaded area), or control MAbs (unshaded area).
