Effect of adenosine kinase inhibitor IT on 2-CADO-induced apoptosis. RA – FLSs were preincubated for 3 h, with or without 10 μM IT. After washing, the cells were incubated with 2-CADO for an additional 24 h, after which DNA fragmentation was assayed. Representative results from three independent experiments are shown.
