The time course of changes in left ventricular developed pressure (LVDP; the upper panel) and left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP; the lower panel) of the ischaemic/reperfused untreated heart and the heart treated with 10, 30, or 100 μM propranolol. Each value represents the mean±s.e.mean of five experiments.
