Tissue levels of cGMP (a) and Ca2+ (b) in hearts from sensitized guinea-pigs challenged with the antigen (10 μg ovalbumin). Compared with the untreated control hearts, those pretreated with RLX show higher levels of cGMP and lower levels of Ca2+. Pretreatment with iRLX gave values not significantly different from those of the controls.
