Currents were recorded before (A) and (C) or after addition of 100 μM fexofenadine to the bath for 5 min (B) and (D). Values for kinetic parameters given below are means obtained from eight oocytes. None of the analysed parameters differed significantly from the controls, when fexofenadine was present.
