Level of CYP3A2 protein expression in hepatocytes incubated with serum from control and CRF rats, in function of the time of incubation. Hepatocytes were incubated for 12, 24 and 48 h with serum (10%) from control and CRF rats. Protein bands are expressed in densitometry units (%).
