Effect of Hoe140, a B2 receptor antagonist, and des Arg10-[Hoe140], a B1 receptor antagonist, on the development of myocardial infarction in SD rats. Myocardial infarction after coronary ligation was assessed by triphenyltetrazolium chloride (TTC) staining and expressed as percentage of unstained area of the left ventricle. Values are means±s.e.mean obtained from five rats. ANOVA was used to evaluate the significance of differences.
