LTD4 (10 nM) was administered at time=0 and maintained in the perfusion chamber until the end of the experiment, as indicated. The upper panel shows a sustained plateau phase of all cells; in the bottom one calcium oscillations are superimposed on the plateau phase. Each curve represents the time-course of a single fura-2-loaded cell. Intracellular calcium concentration ([Ca2+]i) is measured by image analysis.
