Abilities of BN-like peptides to inhibit binding of [¹²⁵I][YAFNl]BN(6–14) to chick GRP-R (a) or chick BRS-3.5 (b) expressed in CHO-K1 cells. Cells expressing either receptor were incubated with 40 pM [¹²⁵I][YAFNl]BN(6–14) and the indicated concentrations of peptides for 30 min at 37°C. The mean of at least two experiments is shown. Each experiment includes two replicates. [¹²⁵I][YAFNl]BN(6–14) binding affinity was determined for each cell line in saturation analysis as described under Methods.
