The artery was stimulated with 100 mM KCl solution. Marrubenol (30 μM) was added into the cuvette at the plateau of the contraction (as indicated). Data were expressed as percentages of the responses measured immediately before the addition of marrubenol, and were corrected for the decrease in responses measured in time-matched controls.
