Regulation of expression of NF-κB in HL-60 cells by water extracts of I'm-Yunity™ (PSP). Control and 3 day I'm-Yunity™ (PSP) treated cells were harvested and total protein extracts were prepared, separated by SDS-PAGE and analyzed for expression of NF-κB p65, p50 and actin by immunoblot analysis (panel A).
