Taxol induced cytotoxicity in tumor cells. The cells were seeded in 96-well plates (3 × 10³ per well) were treated with increasing concentrations of Taxol for 48 h. Cell viability was measured by the MTS assay as described in Methods. The values represent the mean cell survival±deviation from three independent experiments compared with the untreated control cells (100% survival).
