Effect of 1 μM noladin ether on sensory neurogenic relaxation to EFS in mesenteric beds from (a) control (n=10) and (b) PTX-pretreated rats (n=8) and the effect of 3 nM CPA on sensory neurogenic relaxation to EFS in mesenteric beds from (c) control (n=10) and (d) PTX-pretreated rats (n=7). Two frequencies of EFS, 8 and 12 Hz, were applied. Noladin ether and CPA were added to the perfusate for 40 min, and then stimulation was repeated.
