Allosteric noncompetitive inhibition of ATP-induced ⁸⁶Rb⁺ efflux by chelerythrine. ⁸⁶Rb⁺-loaded CLL B-lymphocytes were incubated for 5 min at 37°C in the presence of either 5 or 10 μM chelerythrine or in the absence of chelerythrine before addition of ATP, as indicated for a further 4 min.
