Myocyte responses to isoprenaline were unaffected by ACVI but reduced by AS. GFP (1000 MOI, n=6), ACVI (100 MOI=35 and 1000 MOI=10), AS (1000 MOI=7) and SAS (n=6) myocytes were stimulated with cumulatively increasing concentrations of isoprenaline.
