Tyrosine-phosphorylated p62dok inhibits RasGAP activity. (a) In vivo phosphorylated wild-type Dok-1 by p210bcr-abl inhibits GAP activity toward Ras. However, a mutant Dok-1 that does not bind to GAP has no effect on GAP activity.
