Megakaryocytes were incubated in the absence (none) or presence of PAPA/NO (100 μM). PGI₂ (3 μM), Dib-cAMP (100 μM) or Ro 20-1724 (10 μM) were added 1, 1 and 30 min, respectively, before PAPA/NO. After 18 h, the percentage of apoptosis was determined by flow cytometry (n=4 in duplicate).
