Inhibition of [¹²⁵I]hU-II binding to native human UT receptors expressed by SJRH30 cells (200 pM at 37°C for 30 min) by goby and human U-II and SB-706375. Each point represents the mean of duplicate determinations and is representative of results from one of four independent experiments. Binding parameters (K_D, B_max and K_i) were determined by nonlinear regression analysis and were consistent with non-cooperative interaction with a single class of binding sites (Table 3).
