Cytokines were determined by ELISA in supernatants of splenocytes of individual mice after 48 hr of stimulation with Torpedo AChR. Results are of mice killed after 6 wk of treatment with either PBS (control group) or the dual analog (experimental group). (Upper) Levels of IL-2 secretion.
