Six-day-old wild-type Col-0 Arabidopsis seedlings were treated for 1 h with either 50 μm NAA, 10 μm cycloheximide (CHX), 50 μm NAA + 10 μm CHX, or mock treated. Transcript levels of GA metabolism genes were analyzed as explained in the Figure 1 legend.
