Peptide sequences of P. falciparum TRAP (from peptides overlapping each five residues) and HepG2 cell binding profiles of synthetic peptides. It can be seen that 21 peptides from TRAP have high HepG2 cell binding activity; a binding region formed by 10 peptides is localized in the C-terminal region.
