Tpa1p-HA interacts with Pab1p. The wild-type yeast strain was transformed with vector alone or with a plasmid expressing Tpa1p-HA. Cell lysates from these yeast strains were subjected to immunoprecipitation (IP) using a mouse monoclonal antibody (Ab) to the HA epitope or rabbit polyclonal antiserum to the yeast F1β protein with or without the addition of RNase A treatment. The protein complexes were then blotted using a rabbit polyclonal antibody to the yeast Pab1p protein.
