Cybr−/− mice respond normally to LPS challenge. Mice were injected intraperitoneally with 100 μg of LPS from Salmonella enterica serovar Minnesota. Blood was collected from the tail vein at 0, 0.5, 1, 2, 4, 8, and 24 h, and serum cytokine levels for TNF-α, monocyte chemoattractant protein 1, IL-6, and IL-10 were determined by cytometric bead array (mouse inflammation cytometric bead array kit; BD Pharmingen).
