WDA is a subunit of the 1.5-MDa dSAGA complex. (A) A HAT-enriched extract was applied to a Mono Q column. The bound proteins were resolved with a linear gradient of 100 to 500 mM NaCl, and odd fractions were analyzed by Western blotting using antibodies against dAda2B (guinea pig), dSpt3 (rabbit), and WDA (rat).
