(A–E) Actively growing mammalian RPE cells were fixed with methanol and labeled with anti-IFT20 (green, shown alone in A′–E′) and anti-acetylated tubulin (red) antibodies along with DAPI (blue). The position of the centrioles/basal bodies (as determined by 5051 staining, unpublished data) is marked with arrows.
