The Ifld2 and Siva genes contain two probe sets each. The 36 probe sets (34 genes) are grouped into apoptosis regulators, apoptosis inhibitors, and apoptosis-related genes according to GO assignment. Both pro- and antiapoptosis effects are found. Supplemental Table 3 at http://sitemaker.umich.edu/helab contains signal data and gene information for all the 36 probe sets at different times. No apoptosis is explained in the text.
