Protein tyrosine phosphorylation is induced via CD38 on human monocytes. (A) Purified monocytes were either unstimulated (lane 1) or stimulated with the appropriate mAb. Cells were then lysed and subjected to SDS/PAGE before transferring to nitrocellulose membranes and immunoblotting with antiphosphotyrosine mAb. The same quantity of protein was loaded in each well.
