PB leukocytes in arthritic mice. PB was collected at day 28 after first immunization and leukocytes were phenotyped by labeling with various monoclonal antibodies and analyzed by flow cytometry. Numbers of total PB leukocytes (A) and absolute counts of leukocyte phenotypes (B) in TFδCT/δCT and TF+/+ (WT) mice.
