The gfp+ donor cells show typical DC markers at day 42 after adoptive transfer. Spleens of recipient animals were harvested on day 42 after adoptive transfer of gfp+ transgenic eDCs and analyzed for their gfp expression by fluorescence-activated cell sorting.
