Immunoblot analysis of the PsaC protein in thylakoid membranes of Synechococcus sp. strain PCC 7002 wild type (WT) and sll0088 (mutant). Thylakoid membranes were isolated from cells grown under normal growth conditions. Six micrograms of chlorophyll was loaded. Proteins were resolved by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, blotted onto a nitrocellulose membrane, and probed with antiserum against the PsaC protein from Synechococcus sp. strain PCC 7002. The left lane contains markers.
