Total RNA was isolated at the indicated time points after hypoxic stimulation, and Northern blot analysis was performed. B: Effects of anti-VEGF neutralizing antibody on hypoxia induced Ets-1 mRNA expression. Total RNA was isolated from BRECs 24 hours after stimulation by hypoxic (1% O₂) or normoxic conditions with or without anti-VEGF neutralizing antibody (10 μg/ml), and Northern blot analysis was performed.
