T1 represents the start of germination (time to reach 1% of germination ± sd), T50, the time to reach 50% of germination (± sd), and Gmax, the final percentage of germination (± sd). Germination assays were carried out with the WT seeds and ga1 mutant seeds for up to 5 d in the presence of water, 100 μm GA4+7, and/or 100 μm PAC.
