TRI188K transgenic embryos die during early development and display various phenotypes. (A) The survival rate in transgenic embryos expressing either GFP or GFP fused to TR, TRI188K or TRΔAF2 were analysed up to 120 h following transgenesis. The number of live embryos were measured and transformed as % of total number of embryos in each group. Means±s.e.m. are given.
