Flow cytometry analysis of K1 antibody reactivity with TPA-stimulated PEL lines. After 60 h of TPA stimulation, eight PEL lines (shown to the left) were fixed with paraformaldehyde and reacted with anti-K1 antibodies (goat anti-mouse IgG [GAM], 3H4, 3C12, etc.) specific for the epitopes or epitope combinations shown at the top (C1, V1, etc.), followed by PE-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG. As negative controls, unstimulated cells were stained without antibody (No) or with only PE-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG.
