Photomicrographs of the autoradiographic distribution of [125I]-GR231118 binding sites in the rat brain. Adjacent coronal rat brain sections were incubated in the presence of 25 pM [125I]-GR231118 (total binding, Total) and either 100 nM BIBO3304 (to block Y1 sites), 100 nM hPP (to block Y4 sites), 100 nM hPP (to block Y4 sites) or 100 nM GR231118 (non-specific binding).
